LCDBC has agreed to assist Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. with COVID Vaccine Scheduling for Mount Hermon Ministries’ next vaccine clinic. LCDBC will provide the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. with contact information for eligible members 18 years of age and older. The required contact information are name, telephone number, and email address; the phone numbers should be identified as cellular or LAN line. The date of vaccination is May 8th, 2021 from 12p- 4p and you will be contacted with a time for vaccination.
